Free includes enough credits and core features to test your real workflow before paying. Paid plans add credits, retention, storage, and premium AI features; all public-pilot uploads are currently capped at 2 GiB or lower. Every paid tier is backed by a paid-first 14-day evaluation guarantee from your first successful purchase, subject to a published usage cap on completed operations.
Clear tiers with a free entry point and no hidden fees.

For hobbyists who need more than the free tier.
For makers and small teams with ongoing production.
For long-term users who want one purchase.
TooBig3D is a paid-first product. After your first successful paid purchase, you have 14 days to request a refund. Refunds are eligible only while completed costly operations stay within the published usage cap. Cancellation is separate: canceling a subscription keeps paid access until the end of the billing cycle. Nothing here affects your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
Submit a refund request from Account → Refund. You will see an eligibility preview before submitting. Approved refunds typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment processor. If a request is denied, you can ask for a manual review. Feedback is optional and only requested after the refund decision.
Credits are spent on model operations that use compute, like slicing or AI generation. Uploading, previewing, and transforming models is always free.
No. AI is optional. You can slice, add pegs, export, and prepare models through the regular interface; AI just makes common tasks faster.
Retention is plan-based: Free 7 days, Hobbyist 30 days, Maker Pro 90 days, Lifetime 365 days. Private uploads are not used to train public models by default; no public model-training opt-in control is available in the current implementation.
