Catch risky prints before they waste time.

TooBig3D helps identify thin walls, weak joints, overhangs, adhesion risk, unsafe profile settings, and other common failure points before export.

Print safety overview

TooBig3D provides software checks to help prepare models for printing, but every printer, filament, resin, environment, and assembly is different. Always review the exported parts, slicer settings, material profile, and printer condition before starting a job.

Preflight checks can highlight risk areas such as thin walls, weak joints, steep overhangs, bridging, bed adhesion, tipping, warping, temperature mismatches, speed limits, cooling, and enclosure recommendations.

Use the risk overlays and printability scorecard as guidance — not as a guarantee. If a part is structural, safety-critical, load-bearing, worn, heated, or used around people, pets, food, vehicles, tools, electricity, or medical contexts, validate it independently before use.
